Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further images made public as part of the current congressional release.
